2001-04 (SN95) Mustang with Tremec 3650 five-speedModern Driveline Lightfoot series clutch slave cylinder kit for Tremec 3650 five-speed found in 2001-2004 4.6L Mustang is the solution for converting the cable bellhousing to external hydraulic release.Mounted to the bellhousing the cylinder pushes from the rear of the fork, clearing long tube headers while making it easy to install and service.Gone are the problems of clutch cable clearance issues and a heavier pedal due to worn cables that drag.

When coupled to MDL LF Series master cylinder kits, installing or converting to hydraulic clutch release couldn't be easier.Engineered as a system, it takes the guesswork out, while providing maximum results.

    FAQs

    Q. Why won't my transmission go into gear? A. Check your 'Master Cylinder throw distance, it should be 1.4". You may have to adjust your clutch pedal height in the vehicle. Q. Why is my pedal bottoming out ? A. Adjust your clevis and your pedal, balance the amount of adjustment you need between the two untill your pedal does not bottom out anymore. Q. My pedal feels spongy and the slave cylinder does move right away. A. You have air trapped in the system, re-bleed the system again, follow the bleed instructions, or see the video on bleeding hydraulics on this page under the Video Tab Q. What type of fluid do I use in my clutch hydraulics? A. DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid only in this application. There is no need for high temp brake fluid. Q. Will this kit work a stock clutch pedal? A. Yes, it will fit an original factory pedal and an OE reproduction aftermarket pedal.

Used the wilwood master and adtr pedals to swap in a tr3650 into a crown Victoria. Took a little modification to the fork to get full engagement.
