    Description

    The factory shifter on your TREMEC T5 or T45 limits your transmission's potential with sloppy, long throws that slow down your shifts. The Qwik Stik solves this with a close-ratio, short-throw design that dramatically cuts shift travel while placing the lever exactly where it belongs. This specific configuration features a 1" left, .65" or 1.15" backward positioning to bring your shifter into the factory location.

    Precision-machined from billet aluminum, the Qwik Stik mounts directly to your transmission case, eliminating the guesswork and complexity of shifter placement. The compact turret design clears tight tunnel openings where bulkier shifters won't fit. Belleville washers replace traditional stops, providing consistent detent feel for crisp engagement without the fragile stops that break under aggressive shifting. This design also allows easy access for maintenance when needed.

    The 7/8" on-center mounting pattern accepts virtually any aftermarket shift lever, and the included high-temperature dust/oil boot seals out contamination. Simply attach your shift lever, boot, and shift knob and you're ready to drive.

    This shifter fits TREMEC T5 transmissions with Mustang tail housings and T45 transmissions. Note: This shifter does not have traditional stops and will not fit Camaro or S-10 T5 applications. Made in the USA with lifetime technical support.

    Q. Why do I need a different shifter? A. The MDL Qwik Stik has a smaller top turret to clear the tunnel shifter opening. It is a short-throw shifter with lightning quick response, it is anodized for long life and has no stops to break or replace, as well as many other features over the stock shifter.
