Description
Factory T5 and T45 shifters create problems in custom builds where tunnel clearance is tight and shift quality matters. The Qwik Stik solves these issues with a precision-engineered replacement that positions your shifter in the factory location while delivering dramatically improved shift feel and response.
This close-ratio short throw shifter eliminates the sloppy, vague feel of stock units through its Belleville washer detent system. Unlike conventional shifters with breakable stops, the Belleville spring design provides excellent detent feel for crisp 2-3 shifts while allowing easy servicing when needed. The small top turret clears restrictive floor openings that cause fitment headaches with larger aftermarket shifters--simply attach your shift lever, boot, and knob and you are ready to go.
Precision machining from billet aluminum reduces weight while the anodized finish resists corrosion and wear. The 7/8" on-center mounting pattern accepts most aftermarket shift levers, giving you flexibility in completing your shifter setup. The high-temperature dust boot protects internal components from contamination during spirited driving.
Compatible with TREMEC T5 transmissions equipped with Mustang tail housings and T45 transmissions. Will not fit Camaro or S-10 T5 applications due to different case configurations. Proudly crafted 100% in the USA.
