Description
The stock T5 or T45 shifter delivers long, vague throws that leave you second-guessing your gear selection when it matters most. The Qwik Stik solves that problem with a close-ratio, short-throw design that puts the next gear exactly where your hand expects it. Precision-machined from billet aluminum and anodized for durability, this shifter mounts directly to your TREMEC T5 (with Mustang tail housing) or T45 transmission, eliminating all guesswork in shifter placement.
The engineering behind the Qwik Stik addresses common aftermarket shifter weaknesses. Traditional mechanical stops are prone to breakage and make servicing a hassle, so this design eliminates them entirely. Instead, Belleville washers deliver a crisp, positive detent that keeps you locked in gear without the failure points. When maintenance is needed, the Belleville spring design allows easy access without disassembly headaches.
The small-diameter top turret is purpose-built to clear factory tunnel openings that choke larger aftermarket shifters. The shifter stub features standard 7/8-in. on-center mounting holes that accommodate most aftermarket shift levers, so you can run your preferred lever, boot, and knob. Available with 2.3" or 2.8" backward offset to position the shifter exactly where you need it.
This shifter features rear shifter position and rear socket position. Note: This shifter is designed specifically for Ford T5 (Mustang tail housing) and T45 applications and will not fit Camaro or S-10 T5 transmissions.
