“Steve helped me get everything straightened out. Trans kit shipped and delivered quickly. The day trans arrived, I went to bolt bellhousing up, and IT DOESN’T FIT!!! Called again. had to send pics. Finally they figured out that they had put the incorrect bellhousing part number was on the original MDL original order. So there I sat, with a $900 bellhousing that i was told to buy, and it is incorrect. MDL said there was nothing they would do because I didn’t buy it from them. Said a message to the owner would be forwarded and he may reach out to me. Nothing. Their unorganization cost me $900, and weeks of waiting. And I am sure there will be a reply to a 2 star review, but you at MDL have had 2 months to reach out to me. You have my contact info, but I doubt you will call.”
“EDIT: GOT A CALL FROM BRUCE, THE OWNER. HE WANTED TO HELP WITH ACQUISITION OF , OR EXCHANGE OF BELL HOUSING. UNFORTUNATELY I AM ON THE SAME BACKORDER LIST AS HE IS. VERY NICE CONVERSATION. An offer was extended to do a swap to get the right bellhousing to finish the project. Normally we stock lots of bellhousings, but there has been a shortage of QuickTime bellhousing which has delayed completely shipping orders out in a timely manner.
